What’s happening on The Book Enthusiast?

I am sure everyone noticed about a month and a half I gave the blog a total facelift. I love all that I can now do on this format and I hope you have enjoyed it too. I have added a Forum that I thought we can scream in and not worry about slipping up and revealing a spoiler. I know I have had a few books this year where I wanted (wait…needed) to scream to someone because what I read totally made me flip out. Also, are you looking to utilize the share a book option on Amazon or B&N but don’t know who to connect with others? Well I have sent up a place for that too. I am always open to other suggestions for forum topics or even features you would love to see here. I hope to be adding more features and opportunities for you all to get connected to the authors you love.

Which brings me to my next announcement…

Book Enthusiast Promotions:

I have been blogging for a little bit now and having lots of fun and learned a lot over the past months. I hope to help indie authors with this knowledge I have gained. I love reading indie books but I also love promoting the hell out of the authors and books that I have read. Many of you may know that I post and tweet obsessively about the books I love. This is what I plan to do with this site.

I want to offer authors my personalized attention during their tours, reveals, etc. I know that the books you have written are near and dear to your heart. I don’t take that lightly. I will do all I can to make sure the promotional work I do for you is sent out to the world in its best state. Please don’t just take my word for it read the testimonials and contact me with any and all questions you have.

I don’t plan on doing just tours and reveals. I want to provide authors with a place where they can request reviews from bloggers, guest posts and eventually things like street teams. This site will be constantly adding new things as it grows and if you have an idea let me know. If I can make it happen I will do it for you. I hope to be working with you soon.

What does this mean for readers? I will still be blogger here on The Book Enthusiast but I will also be running tours and giving you the chance to get in on a lot of giveaways and exclusive Book Enthusiast Promotion Subscriber giveaways! I love being able to do fun things like that. I hope that I will be able to gather authors and/or bloggers together to do group giveaways. Really the skies the limit.

I will start to send out newsletters from time to time informing you on the kickoff of a tour, exclusive giveaways, sales on the books that have been sitting on your TBR list and hopefully introducing you to new up and coming authors.
